Microprosthesis is one of the most modern and advanced methods of dental restoration used by Prosthodontists in Delaware. Such restoration of teeth consists in recreating of the missing part of the tooth with a ceramic material. The used material can restore the color, shape, transparency, gloss, resistance to wearing out of the natural tooth. Microprosthesis includes inlays, onlays and veneer. These types of microprosthesis supplement or replace classical methods of dental fillings. Other type of microprosthesis is adhesive prosthesis - an artificial tooth in a remote area that is attached to the adjacent teeth with inlays and onlays. This method does not require grinding of the adjacent teeth.
